Our rates are based on the number of guests, and are for full and exclusive use of the entire Guest House or School House during your stay.
Current rates are:
Guest House - $2,400/month plus tax (if required), utilities included. Maximum occupancy 2 guests.
School House - $1,450.00 /month plus tax (if required), utilities included. Maximum occupancy 2 guests.
Active duty military, 10 percent discount. Rent my be negotiated for long term lease.
